Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.
But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
What should i do when i receive your courier?
Kindly make video while opening the courier.
Jjewelz will not be responsible for any damaged and missing products in case video proof of the same is not available with you.
What if I make a purchase using my debit/credit card, and the amount gets charged to my card but the order is not successfully placed?
Just contact customer service and send us a transaction proof (mini statement of the card) and we will refund your money within 7-10 working days.
What is the shipping charge?
We don’t charge anything from our customers to deliver the products to their doorstep within India.n However out of India Deliveries are chargeable and depends on weight and location of delivery.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?
Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale. Please use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to be informed of the product’s availability with sellers on Jjewelz.com
My order is delayed. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.

Does Jjewlez deliver internationally ?
Yes, we deliver worldwide. Shipping is charged extra and is explained below.You will be able to see shipping charges at the final checkout page for the items you have selected. International shipping is available for all except fragile items. You can place the order directly on the website.
